Default Info on this turbo please ..........

I picked up a AiResearh T04 on the cold side of the turbo it says A\R.60 and the hot side says A\R 1.14 D. Im thinking about doing a LS motor with Pistons,Rods,Block Guard, Turbo cams, valve spring, Head gasket, AEM EMS, Fuel pump, 650cc injectors, bla bla bla ...... Stock intake manifold prob about 9:1 or 9:5 compression what do you think this turbo would spool around ?
Do you have any other ideas for me its going in a 99 SI. Ill post some pics when i get my dig cam back from a friend.

If the A/R on the hot side is correct that this is the wrong turbo for your setup.....you would never spool it IMO........go with like a .63 on the hot side....someone correct me if im wrong

1.14 AR is a bit big for the 5.0 boys when they run singles, that turbo would be better suited to a 350/351.

Swap on a .63 AR turbine housing and enjoy.

What J.Davis said...a .48 turbine housing from a T3 will suit you. You can either tap the compressor for a nipple or run a vacuum line from your intake manifold [or vacuum distribution block] to your wastegate controller.
