I'm finding it hard to get my torque wrench to access the nuts that hold my inlinepro manifold to the head. The only thing that fits is a box wrench.

So I'm wondering, do I need to make sure I evenly torque the manifold down to the head so I don't warp the head or is it an non issue in this case?

 

i never torque mine and it is fine. I just make sure they are good and tight

 

Use the torque wrench one on of the bolts/nuts you can get to... then use a wrench to see about how tight it is (by tightening it a TAD more, or loosening it). That will give you an idea of how to do the rest.

 

i have never torqued it. Only with a big wrench. Affraid of cutting a bolt in the head

 

Hand tightening with a box wrench has never presented a problem. Just cross tighten in an "X" pattern starting from the outside and moving inward.
