Default I'm probably going to get flamed for asking, but..

Is there any way to run an Endyn catch can smog legal with boost? I've read every single archived post on this to try and find an answer, but most people are running the breather on it, which will cost me about $300 if I get pulled over by smog police for a spot check.
I know the instructions that Endyn produces says that if you are running the pcv valve, run it to the valve cover, but that just doesn't make any sense to me, because then the engine is not ventilating anything, but keeping it inside the engine. Is that not correct?
If I'm wrong, how is it possible that there's any ventilation happening with the pcv running to the valve cover like the Endyn instructions say?
I only have the original valve cover port, none welded on.
Right now, I have it hooked up something like this...

Line from block to catch can - tee'd to bottom of catch can for drain back
Other line from block to catch can - tee'd in the valve cover port
pcv valve on top running to the IM

If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it. I can't risk running it into the atmosphere, nor can i run it with hoses disconnected.
Thanks

You must have missed all the threads about using the exhaust slash cut.

Perhaps you would like to pass some information this way.

search the archives for "slash cut" and go from there.

It's simple so what the hell.

This way allows you to keep the catch can breatherless, you would run the catch can the way you normally would run. Then take a hose and run it down to the exhaust. Slash cut the exhaust and have the hose sitting in a 45* angle away from the exhaust flow. This will create a vacuum and will leave somewhere for all your pressurized air to go.

Not really my favorite way to do it but it works.

Yup and as long as it enters the exhaust before the cat it will be "cleaned", legal and race ready.
