im new to the street deal.. help me out with a setup
i have as much money as it will take to get my car going.. i want to run turbo.. and i want my car to be as fast as possible.. what should i do to my engine and everything.. ill do anything it takes any mods.. i have a b16a engine

If that is the case, just hand your car to a reputable tuning shop, tell them "I want my car as fast as possible" and wait for the bill.
Otherwise, the possiblities are many, and everyone can get on here and run off all kinds of different setups.
