93 prelude h23vtec
new injectors
new o2 sensor
new plugs
new wires..ect..everything new.
Im operating with neptune rtp with a tune that tony had set me up with so i could get a coulpe heat cycles in. So far the only thing I can think of that might be adding to this problem would be the injector resistor box. Is it possible if its bad it could flood to motor out? Im running out of answers here I need some advice

Go into the fuel trim in the Neptune and take some fuel out and see how it responds. Base maps are just something will hopefully get the car running, they almost always need work to get an acceptable a/f ratio, even at idle.
If the resistor box is wired wrong it could cause issues as well.

Since the values are all set to negative do I just keep going to bigger numbers or should I work back to zero?
over all is set to -50
crank -30
I dont know if it matters but the tune is setup for 1000cc. I pulled mine out and installed new stock injectors.
