Ignition module breaks within 100 miles

Ignition module breaks within 100 miles
Does anyone know what could cause an ignition module to fail on an obd1 B18 turbo setup?
The car is still running on std injectors and a preset map to drive a few 100 miles to get it broken in. Only thing is within 150 miles it already ate 2 iginiton modules and starts running on 3 cylinders.
Any ideas what could cause this?

Check all your grounds, make sure there is no objects in the dizzy floating around, Also look to make sure there is no oil or water in the spark plugs. Also you can check the wires from the dizzy to ecu to make sure none is grounding out.
