i have a 1999 civic si with the stock b16 and i just installed the zex kit and a 75 shot jet. we had to splice into the tps wire for the box. i took the car for a test drive after i put it on and it was fine. after a couple times of using the kit my check engine light popped on, i put it on a diagnostics thing and it said idle system malfunction or something like that now the car oscalates between 1500 and 1700 rpm anyone else have this problem?
make sure u didn't cut your tps wire & that the zex connection is just attached to it.
if thats not it, go get u'r code read at the parts store, it's probly your o2's freakin out over it!

i got the code read at schucks it said idle control malfunction or something like that. no the tps wire isnt cut.
It's possible that the box is bad and is interupting the signal between the tps and the ecu.
Only other thing I can think of is if your PCV valve is clogged, but that doesn't just happen.
