Default Identifying d16 valvetrain

I recently aquired a turbo d16 motor.
It has darton closed sleeved motor with cp 9:1 piston, rods, and it seems the head has some valvetrain. I looked into the valve cover, the springs are single springs that are silver and the retainers are silver, maybe titanium retainers but there is absolutely no writing on any of this. I just want to make sure i have good valvetrain before i throw this into my project car. Also another question is the cam. The previous owner said it has a cam but he does not know which one. Will there be any identification on it if its a bisi or a zex cam?? I dont want to sit here and guess I have a higher stage bisi when i end up having a stage 1.0 bisi regrind. I can provide pictures basically just wondering if the valvetrain sounds familiar.

And while im here in the forced induction forums.....just wondering what these two things max out at.
my 550 injectors
and a 50 trim t3/t4

550's are good to a safe 340 to the wheels I think.

Your 50trim could be good to 400 depending on what comp housing and exhaust housing combo you have.
