Identify this inlet flange?
Serial numbers on the chra:
HD0502J
8973105021
700716-12
From searching the serial numbers I found that it is a gt2560... but I cant find this flange to identify it anywhere? Trying to figure out what its from or anything, for whatever reason I cant seem to find something that looks like its right.
ANYONE wanna take a shot at this and help me out?

Looks like a TD04-xx from an 850 Volvo, honestly. Volvo has entirely different flanges than the Mitsu's and standard garret stuff. Look around and see if it came off a newer S40 or something.

Not any volvo that I can find pictures of, those are all more like the traditional Td04 flange.
Here is a couple other pictures of it for overall look at it.

Re: Identify this inlet flange?
No one has been able to identify it thus far, its crazy.
Honestly I almost think it is going to be easier to measure it up and just have a flange cut for it than continue to try to find one. Other option would be to change hotside housings of course.

hi there. i don't know if this is too late but the turbo that you have is out of a chevrolet w4500 or whats called a NPR which is a medium duty box van, usually has a 4 cyl diesel engine. how i know is because i have one in my hand right now that is identical to yours that i just pulled off of a 2005 diesel chevrolet w4500 or NPR . i hope this helped.

Re: Identify this inlet flange?
Yea this is actually not for my car but to help out a friend who is going to put together something fun. He is hoping he can push 300whp on this and have it be pretty responsive. So as he was a little unsure of what he had, I was doing some research to see how feasible that is and find a flange.
It was purchased online randomly by him since it was a good deal price wise and yes it is basically new, has very little use when he showed it to me.
I think he considered Weir for a flange or there is a local tool and machine company I told him about if Weir is not interested who has a waterjet and will cut flanges or whatnot like that reasonably.
