Default Ideling problem with hondata??

Well, Ever since ive been running my base map, sometimes my car will start to idle funney, and then all of a sudden it will die, so i have to crank it over and give it gas and then it runs fine. I have heard of some problems at cold start up, but this is when my car is warmed up. If its due to running to rich with the 440's, then im gettin it tuned this week. But as far as the TPS is, do u think it should be adjusted. Right now my TPS % is 49, and i heard it should be around 45. Any help would be great

sounds like you might need to adjust your fuel pressure or check your base map. Or just get it tuned.

At idle, the TPS (%) should be 0 and TPS (V) should be 0.45~0.50. As long as those readings are fine, your tuner should be able to fix the rest. Good luck.

The first rule of the TurboMafia is...don't ask to be part of the TurboMafia.

Come on now expand this "Turbo Mafia". I ran open downpipe for mutiple weeks, 4 1/2 to be exact. Now I'm running a 3 inch straight pipe with side exit by the rear passenger tire. No cat or res! I'm crazy like that!

i also have the weird idle/hard-to-start problem with a warm car on a warm day but it shows up very rarely ... this is with a tuned hondata map.

Same here. When the car is cold, it starts. When the car is hot it starts. But if it sits outside for 1-3 hours and is just warm, I have to sit there and hold my revs up to about 3,000 for about 45 seconds, then it idles.
