Hey I have a DRAG IC which i bought from another member on this board. when i ordered my IC piping i didnt realize the inlet of the DRAG ic was on 2.25"...my ic piping is 2.5". this wont be a prob. will it? other than having to buy an expensive *** 2.5 - 2.25 silicone reducer? thanks in advance!

if the couplers were long enough, you could even use a 2.5" straight and clamp it down tight with no issue...
But it won't be a problem regardless.

Are silicone reducers all that expensive?
I know vibrant makes long silicone tubing so you can cut ti to your disposal (sp?).

all silicone couplers are in the range of 5-20 dollars a peice. it depends on the quality, high quality couplers should have like 3-5 visibal layers inside them once cut. you can find cheap ones on like ebay or even some autozones etc....

man, just go to your local muffler shop and get them to flare your pipe to 2.5" at the end. it will be cheaper than buying couplers. here its 3 bucks a flare. ill need 3. 1 at the TB and then two at the IC in and out

The guy said his IC piping is 2.5" and IC inlet is 2.25". I'm guessing his inlet is cast aluminum, and I dont think you can flare cast aluminum. If it is then it's better to just get a transition hose.
EDIT: Also if you are flaring your piping, is the end of it going to be cylindrical or conical? The reason I ask is cause if you just have them flare out the ends and it comes out cone shaped, I would think that it might cause problems with your hose couplers and clamps.
