these are made out of cold rolled steel usually something like 1018 and cadmium or galvanized. They are very limited in there adjustability so you only get like 1/4" to turn the screw to adjust for tightness, they make them in a thousand sizes and the best place to get them is at a fittings and hydraulics supply store. Either that or a Semi truck repair place

In Toronto go to Nitro on Jane & Langstaff or Cisco on Keele and HWY#7 - they are like 1.50 each, buy ten and you only pay for like 5 (Nitro only)

I'm looking at the box, and it says "#705-1531" for the part #. The clamp size is 2/1/2 to 2/13/16. I'm pretty sure the drag piping is the exact same diameter as revhard piping, so they should fit fine. You need the next size up for the two clamps around the throttle body. For the compressor outlet, I might buy 2 clamps from Turbonetics or Innovative turbo (both in my home town!)...I believe they make them in a wider variety of sizes (and smaller than 2.5").

Also, the 2.5" clamps need to be screwed down about 3/4 of the way or more to be really tight. In this case, you are left with the screw end of about 2" sticking out. I hacksawed all my screws on the clamps prior to installation so that the finished product would look a little cleaner.

I ordered 8 of part # BK 7051531, 6 of part # BK 7051532, and 4 of part # BK 7051533

Drag piping is 2.5" after the intercooler, so I bought part 7051532 for those and the throttle body. If they do not fit, oh well I just have a bunch of cool looking clamps.

Ok the ones I bought do not fit, I forgot the drag piping was 2" before IC and 2.25 after the IC. But I think I can modify these clamps to work by cutting them. (napaonline.com does not list any smaller than 2.5" diameter so it is not like I could order the right ones or I would just do that).

Heh, that sucks... I knew for sure that the 3" clamps couldn't be used, but you should be able to use 7051531 for the post-intercooler piping, and 7051532 for the throttle body. Like I say, my 2.5" clamps cranked down about 3/4 of the way are real tight around my 2.25" piping + silicone connector.
For the 2" piping, call up Innovative turbo or Turbonetics. They offer smaller heavy-duty clamps, although they are about $3.50-$4 each.

3" are for the pre-turbo piping and they actually work The 2.5" ones seem like they will not be tight enough after the intercooler... I think I am going to take about an 1-2 inches of metal out of each of them
