If the secondary intake runners are not opening, how much power will be lost?

Are you sure they are not opening? If the iab is disabled, they default to open, not closed.

 

well, I'm not really sure what to think cuz at the moment, I've looked for everything that I can think of and My power still drops off quite dramtically at around 5000, even with vtec engaged. Turbo is fine, charge piping is fine, manifold is fine, even the iab opens and closes but I'm wondering if the signal is not working properly. I am boosted so yah, the power is not even close to where it should be...at all!!
