Default i want to run coolant through my turbo, need some help

well, I am in the middle of putting my car together, and im just about ready, and this time I would like to take advantage of my turbo's water cooling features.

its an old 300zx turbo with 60mm compressor wheel with a t3 housing (thats as big as can fit with my manifold) and the turbo was meant for oil and water cooling. so, i got two threaded holes for the coolant, and the path of travel is parallel to the ground. I was thinking of running some high temp rubber hose (i am using it for the oil return line already, and i go to a place that sells hydraulic **** for airplanes) and using tee's at the heater hoses that enter and leave the radiator (eg radiator).

now, here are the questions...

-will the stock water pump be able to cycle to water through the turbo appropriately? is the water pumped into the radiator from the top heater hose, so i can use gravity in conjunction with the pump to flow the coolant?

-is running a tee through the hoses i mentioned the best way to do this?

thanks any help guys

I run 4 cars with garrett T3s. The coolant return is T-ed into the lower radiator hose. The feed line comes from an intake manfold heating port. It could come from the heater return after the bypass valve, so it keeps a constant flow.
Hope this helps. I'm on the forum for my daughter's accord, and discovered this section. I guess a turbo's a turbo.
You should also cool the oil.

I dont know what motor you have, but look around the throttle-body, there should be a coolant line running from there to the block.

Hope this helps

On my wife's T3, we simply teed off of the coolant lines to the throttle body. And the water pump is not going to have any trouble, there's not that many extra lines or volume.

well, how about this. would it be a bad idea to try teeing both the upper and lower heater hose that runs to the radiator?

it would be the simplest thing to do, but if its not the best idea, i'd put myself through the mission to do things right.
