Default Need a good machine shop in the M-A region

Alright well I have everything I need for my motor beside ACL race bearings and a head gasket. I need to find a good machine shop to take the block and head to. I need my b18c1 block bored from 81mm to 82mm for my 82mm rs machine PR-3 pistons, also need the rods, bearings, crank, ect installed in the block along with making sure the block and head are flat. I'm also thinking about having the shop go ahead and install my valves, crower valve springs & ti retainers, and skunk2 pro2 cams into my b16 head. Then I will get the head and block back and install the golden eagle head studs & head gasket and drop the head onto the block, torque it down, install the oil/water pumps, timing belt/tensioner, distributor, etc...

I'm from the Hagerstown, MD / Greencastle, PA area.
So does anyone know of any good machine shops around my area that I
can have do everything I mentioned above? My one buddy told me the NAPA machine shop in Waynesboro, PA does good work and has pretty good prices. I'm just kinda leary of having NAPA do my motor lol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
