I need an answer quick!! (Hondata related)
I'm headed to the drag strip tomorrow and my friend is letting me use his slicks for the first time. My car is tuned with Hondata S200 and I'm wanting to install the 3 step rev limiter. I don't think it is already installed on my unit but I did receive the red push button with my unit so I don't know if I have it or not. I was reading up on how to set your launch control and mine didn't seem to work so I'm assuming I don't have it installed on my unit but then I read something about a clutch switch so I don't know what I need to get the 3 step to work. Please Help!!

just read where hondata 3 step is not good for boosted car due to it cutting fuel instead of spark. Is this true??

You need the clutch switch for the 3 step on Hondata. It also must be enabled in the system. Do you know if it is enabled?

Where do I get the clutch switch? No I don't know if it has been enabled. Is there anyway to tell?

Re: (rwcdrums)
Well I made it to the track tonight but ended up having it towed back. I blew a head gasket and also the top off of my radiator. I hope that is all. I will find out tomorrow once I take the head off. stay tuned.....
