Default I was just wondering.

If there are a couple of loose bolts holding the turbo and the manifold together can that make the car run like complete crap??

yes it will run badly because its not making all the power it should....exhaust is bypassing the turbo just like if the wastegate were stuck open

your car wont spool the same at all, like he said, all the exhaust wont go to the turbo and it will act differently...

it could run like *** if the gap is too big..
everyone has lost at least one nut at some point..

I'm trying to think of the best possible excuse someone could possibly come up with for not tightening a few loose bolts on a turbo...

Hmm... incopetence?
