I have like 7 grand to spend. Im not sure if i want to buy a b18b hatch and put turbo kit on it. If i should get a sr swaped s13, or like a celica gt4, or galant vr4. I wawnt something that will be powerful....mid 13s guaranteed. So i figured id ask everyone.

I went LS hatch..$4000+ there..good turbo kit and boost controller and tuning is another $4000...all in a car that is worth less than $2000...

My ls hatch will be pretty inexpensive way of walking down corvettes..just $4000 for car and ls swap..$3000 for turbo kit $1000 A/FC, Boost controller, turbo timer, and all the tuning..and i may be up to the challenge of the american legend
if not, a sleeved block, vtec head with mid range turbo cam (stage 1 with extra exhaust duration)..you might be better throwing your money in a bonfire, or rolling j's with it

I would get the GT4 all trac. They are rare and hard to find, but 4 wheel drive and a turbo can never be beaten

Roth IRA.
I wouldnt say $7k is enough for a turbo setup.....at least if u wanna sleep well at night. If ur gonan get a turbo be prepared to spend more money later.
