for 4k you should be able to get one of the nice kits from one of the H-T Vendors and Walbro/injectors/ECU... not sure what the stock internals will hold on a b20.
Is it a crvtec or just a straight b20?
**EDIT**
But keep in mind all the incidentals as well... you may need a new exhaust system, you will definatlely need tuning, clutch will need to be upgraded etc.... If I were you I'd spend the next 3 months reading EVERY thread you can in this section including as many build threads with similar goals/starting point as you... see what happens...
I'm a very experienced mechanic and if I had planned out my build to begin with I would have been done by now... instead I'm stuck in the middle becuase I started out going budget, then started going for a pretty nice build... then stopped wanting to spend money on a car that will NEVER give me any financial return.... Now I"m frustrated and will end up splurging just to get it done... but I literally have almost 2 complete setups at this point. and am probobly 2k over what I wanted to spend.
MOST important thing to remember is that AFTER you spend ALL that money... you NEED NEED NEED to spend a GOOD chunk of change on tuning it properly if you want it to last.... I'd keep minimum 500 set aside for that... if your set at 4k for a budget DO NOT spend 4k on parts. spend 3... you'll end up spendign another 500 in misc. stuff you forgot and hopefully have 500 left for tuning...
I can't even begin to explain how many build threads end up in popped motors because people couldn't wait to tune or ran out of money.

Anywhere from $3399-$3599 depending on options. http://wearepower.net/ But it comes with ALL the little pieces, and you can choose WHICH T3/T4 you'd like to use except for the ball-bearing series
