I cant get Uberdata to open > help

I try to open Uberdata.EXE and it says a DLL file is not found. WTF does that mean. Uberdata has worked ok on my other computers but I bought a new one and now it wont work.

go to uberdata's site, thats what it is there for.

OR just download it again.
