Naw, the dump is at a pretty extreme angle as compared to the outlet of the WG. Speaking of the radiator, is that a custom unit? I have never seen a setup like that.

i think he means that that mani was modified, cuz yea, the placement/angle is crap for the wastegate dump, and they welds look sloppy

Yeah, the welds on the collector were magnificent...but around the flange and wastegate area it did look kind of crappy.

Re: HyTech Manifold (SEFIxCivic)
I know the guy who built that car and the guy who owns it.
While they have done some things that are kind of suspect from a technical standpoint I'd wager that manifold was bought new and modified.

Re: HyTech Manifold (Turbologist)
It looks like someone simply reversed the Tial wastegate and had someone make a new dump tube for them...
Here's what it looks like out of the car with the correct dump tube angle.

They HyTech manifold is $1500. LoveFab makes a similar one for $800.

I don't have any pics, but yes it uses a FMIC. The charge is routed down and over to the driver side of the car (behind the radiator), around the frame rail, into the inlet of the FMIC, out the outlet and around the passenger frame rail, up and into the TB.

Re: HyTech Manifold (DaX)
its a nice manifold. but dam that has to be a pain in the *** to take it off and put it back on. you would be there for hours.
