So what, you picked it because it has a pretty name? Turbos don't have 'max hp ratings', they have flow ratings, typically in CFM (cubic feet per minute).

Why don't you start by googling what a compressor map is, how to read one, and take a gander at the compressor map for the particular HX35 you're looking at? Also, take a moment to observe all the different variations of HX35 available.

Then, you'll be able to answer all of those questions yourself, and make the right choice for your setup.

No i picked it because I know they are reliable turbos and I figured I can make good power with them. And also I can get really good deals on them. I know there are different variations of hx35s I'm just looking for info on what size or variation of housings would give me the most hp. And I'm not to keen on reading compressor maps.

Check the Holset User's Unite thread and find out which particular ones they're using to guide you. Otherwise, check the DSMtuners.com forum, as they are big on Holset and know the subtle differences in their designs, although they do tend to run them at better pressures than the average Honda user.

So you're too lazy to educate yourself on the subject, and want everyone to spoon feed you information like a third grader.

Got it.

if you can't read a compressor map then you cannot effectively size a turbo properly for your application

learn to do that first before selecting any turbo... and read the Holset thread. all the info you could ever need and we could ever tell you has already been posted in there

Whilst there is a ton of variation in Holset's line-up withing one range (like HX35), the most commonly found HX35's are as follows:

8 blade 56mm compressor wheel - +-52 lb/min
7 blade 54mm compressor wheel - +- 60 lb/min

Equivalent to a GT3076R with a bit more flow (7 blade version)

Make sure you have a 12cm2 turbine housing

Twin scroll, robust turbo with good spool and a solid 500whp capability
