Default hp potential...

i was just curious about what my setup is capable of doing hp-wise, and 1/4 mile wise. i just can't wait to get all of this in, and start boostin!

garrett t3/t4 a/r .48, .60 turbo
2.5 spoolin perf. downpipe with 2.5 ecutout
usdm type-r exhaust
rc 650cc injectors
Golden Eagle HD sleeved b18c1 block
81.5mm je 9.0:1 pistons w/ eagle rods
ls polished and balanced crank
type-r valves, springs, retainers
walbro 255 fuel pump
aem fuel pressure reg.
equal length tubular manifold
2.5 spoolin' ic piping w/ 8 fmic
tial 38mm wg (upgrading soon...)
apex'i avc-r
hondata p28 ecu w/ boost (soon to be tuned by DSR in San Jose)
oh yea, i still got my AC

this is my first project. after reading the forced induction section, it inspired me to go with boost. so, i'm still new to all of this, and not sure if i'm going in the right path with all of these parts. any help would be appreciated, thx.

Looks like a pretty good setup I would expect somewhere around 300 whp @10 psi. I don't really se why you are going to upgrade your wastegate, because it will handle a lot more power than that injector size will, Good Luck w/ it!

How are you getting this 300whp number? He only showed Housing information. nothing on the trim level, stage, exducer/inducer of the turbo? You can't make that inference on only 1/3 of the info........

You are right which is exactly why I said around 300, which if you didn't know could mean anywhere from 285-315. Sorry I do not know an exact number even if he had the same turbo as i do, I couldn't tell him he would make the same power as me or as anyone else for that matter! But yes with a good tune and his motor setup it should do AROUND that w/ 10 psi! Most of the cars now a days will do numbers close too that!
