Turbo is a little small in my opinion. Go at least with a 60 trim T3. I don't know if you know this, but the SS Autochrome manifold is very weak and tends to crack by a lot of people's experience with it. I have seen people brace them and it seems to be a hit or miss with that. But for $250 you can get a decent log manifold in the classifieds or on e-bay. what about fuel pump? Oil lines? Fuel managment (I am very biased against non-standalone setups). Gauges? Otherwise take your time and read a lot. You are on a good start. Here's a thread with other people's setup's in an LS you can even check mine out although it's not built yet.

hondata w/ boost for managment
a 255 fuel pump
just a complete turbo oil line from ht sponsors

would a log manifold out perform the autochrome?

It will perform just as good if not better. The advantages to a tubular manifold are basically in the fact that you can run a merge collector, which smooths out the flow when all the exhaust pulses join together which creates less backpressure and more power. The SSautoshit manifold doesn't have a merge collector so you can throw that right out the door, plus the wastegate position leads to boost creep.

My 2cents: Spend about as much power and pick up a rev hard or max rev or whatever manifold you like, get something proven to last a long time.
