Default how to store a turbo?

i have a turbo brand new garrette turbo i started car with it to move it about 2 miles... decided to take off to build my motor, anyways do i put oil in it and store it? whats the proper way to store it thanks

i would hab to guess put it in the original box and keep it at cool temp room.

wrap it in plastic, seal and box.

I personally tape off all openings and store in a box. mine is not new though
