Default How much tq can my stock clutch hold?

I have a 93 Prelude VTEC Turbo. I was wondering if my clutch will hold? If not, what should I go with? I heard that a Southland disc with a ACT pressure plate is the best way to go. That way I have a smooth engagement, but can hold over 300 ft lbs of tq. Anybody heard anything else I should know about?
