I have a B16A2 with GSR pistons, thicker head gasket (0.030"), eagle rods, 64mm throttle body, polished&ported intake manifold, headwork, new bearings, renewed engine...

my compression ratio is aprox. 8.5

I have a KKK K26 turbo, big intercooler, tial wastegate, greddy type-s bov, greddy profec b spec II, custom exhaust manifold, custom piping, 2,5" custom exhaust.

I will use uberdata for tuning.

how much boost would be safe (without re-sleeving and block guard) and what do you think how much HP I will produce?

10-12 psi im guessing... hp is all about tuning..u can have a really good set up and even just make 250 without being tuned...tuning is all..
