Default how much power

Hi Guys.
Just want to know how much power can i get from a Civic Si 2000 B16A. with stock internals.. how much power will it hold up safely?? Anybody with stock internals that can give us some numbers??/

Anywhere around 300whp is very possible, do some searching, there is tons and tons of this stuff covered

It all depends on the tuning of the motor. A good tune will yield good hp numbers as well as a reliable motor.

You should search. I remember seeing a thread where someone made over 500hp on a stock b16a. I dunno if you could consider that reliable. I would think 300-400hp would be a good comfort zone.

Thanks guys for all the help. i want to go from 300 to 400 i 'll be more than happy in between thouse numbers.

IMHO any more than 300 WHP is pushing it if you drive the car often. I wouldn't expect the motor to last a long time if you try and push 350 WHP out of it on pump gas, and drive it a lot at that level. 300 on pump gas is gravy, and I wouldn't do any more than about 375 on race gas for occasional driving if you want it to last.

thought it was in the neighborhood of 600whp

i made 295 on stock b16a daily driven best time was 13.4
