I put this car together in a week. I had spare parts lying around and my f350 dually deisel cost about $110 a week to fill up. So, a custmer came to my shop with a 1994 ex civc b16 and the motor was bad. So, I bought the car off him for $1500 and I had a 18g greddy turbo just lying. My friend gave me a b16a motor for some rods and pistons to be determined for a later build.
So, I put another b16a1, install the greddy kit and tuned it on the street after setting the dist timming.
So heres the set up at 14 psi stock b16a, walboro 255, 550cc injector, aemfpr set to 50 psi, overall timming with vtec is set to a very low 15 degrees using hondata.The injector duty cycle is 85% at 7700 rpms. has not been dyno tuned yet but what do you think its making?
On a b16 built at 15 psi I made 321whp and 220 torque but the compression was reduced to 9.0.
I own a gas Shell gas station but we dont sell deisel and my supercharged Audi A6 at 9psi with a 130000mile crapped out. For the price of a new motor in the Audi I built this civic.

external wastegate
15 degrees overall timing street tuned for this week
3" down pipe no cat to a 2"id exhaust
550cc injectors at 85% duty cycle at7700 rpms
255 walboro
stock b16a 1 gen
a/f at 11.7 to 11.5
intake air at 60 degrees
