How much hp is the B18c1 greddy turbo capable of producing?
NOT THE MOTOR...............just the turbo it self, concidering a build block, mild head and proper fuel ingintion, tunning ect.

maybe 300hp ..............BUT i'm still not sure how much the turbo can handle also how much the internal wastgate can properly handle? anyone know?

it should be able to put around 18-20psi safely. which shoudl net a gsr kit around 400hp
yeah the td0518g is nice turbo spools fasta nd can handle jsut around 22psi as max

i'll be running that turbo on a fully built b18c1, 10.0:1 compressoion. i'll let u know how i make out...i am hoping to be done by the end of summer or so....

didn't you use to have the greddy kit and you were using the blue box, but said somthing about having problems with the piston rings around 10psi.
i'll be running that turbo on a fully built b18c1, 10.0:1 compressoion. i'll let u know how i make out...i am hoping to be done by the end of summer or so....

i sure did. my first blue box was defective. my car had a terrible stumble at two specific rpm points. i knew that it had to be that damn box. after twisting many arms, greddy finally sent me a new one. problem solved. but i did eventually crack my ringlands while runnign about 9 to 10 psi, with timing retard and upgraded fuel pump and slightly higher fuel pressure. i cracked ringlands in cyl. #1 and #4. i don't know if this problem was caused by the glitch in the original blue box or not. but i'm coming back with the works...GE sleeves, JE pistons, eagle rods, integralink standalone, upgraded fuel system... so we'll see what happens then, hmmmm?

Boostkillz got 320whp out of his GReddy at 15psi, I'd say 380ish is probably max for the TD05H-18G..

that was at 9.0:1 comp. i'm gonna try it at 10.0 w/ water/alcohol injection...
