How much does sleeving usually run?
I tried searching but with no luck
I want to sleeve a b18c1 block.
Whats the cost and what do I have to do for it to happen? Which brand?
Please be as specific as possible (ie. shipping, time, work, etc)

Send your block out to Viren. Thats what I did to mine, turn around time is about 3-4 weeks. And cost me $40 to ship my block out to him. Ask him the price.

As the racing season is ending people are gona want to rebuild their motors, race teams will need spare motors and so on. I think anywhere you decide to send your block to its gona take 3-4 weeks or even longer to get it back, I would say that this kind of down time is normal and you should be prepared for it...
But I would say go with Golden Eagle sence their work is one of the best right now and I didn't mind the down time when I got mine done after I saw what kind of quality work it really was when I got it back.

well i hear since im on the east coast, darton does it in about a week. I can live with a week, for no car for a month means no way to get to and from school, which isnt cool.
I brought my block strippt to golden eagel and it was 750 for the sleeves and o-ring. 125 extra for bore and hone. Donīt go with darton. Itīs design creates hot spots around the combustinchaimber. Golden Eagel makes the darton sleeves to for darton.
