how much boost is safe on z6?
ok, stock d16z6, rebuilt block ( bearings, seals, oil pump, timing belt. piston rings. blah blah...) only 12k miles on it. 112k on head though. going to have greddy kit, 15g turbo i think. hondata s100 w/ boost. stock brand new head gasket with some of that copper spray stuff. dsm 450's... probably a differnt fuel pump, or thicker furl pump wires. only get a new pump if nessecary. running 2 1/2" downpipe, race cat, and apex n1. (everything 2 1/2") will be intercooled as well obviously.
i want to know what is the most i can boost and still be safe. and still be able to run on 93 octane pump gas. like 10psi...12psi maybe.
and what is everybody's thoughts on the fuel pump deal. i don't want to spend too much on switching this out. and this is a daily driven car. won't be constantly be ragging on it.... but want to leave it boosted at a nice strong safe number... thanks

I have Greddy on my Z6 running 7 psi I put a fuel pump in it from a turbo eclipse and vafc with 2 % increase throughout the fuel curve, my baby is running perfect, I LOVE HER NOW!
8-10.... 10 being max on stock internals for street driving... and 12 for track.... should hold up nicely...
With proper fuel management of course... and tuning
