Just because a shop sets everyone up with one particular setup doesnt mean its the right one. Yes I understand people have been using the hack with not many problems but saying you can run 400 hp and 17psi is just dumb.
Dude it is not an AFC hack..thats not what we use, they are two different things. We just use the afc to control the fuel

correct..

Inline uses FMU, AFC, and their own injectors

IMO, people are getting varied results with the DSM injectors for the simple reason that a lot of them are crap. Not because of design or build quality though. A lot of those injectors are over 10 years old, and they've probably spent a little time in the rain at some junkyard, not to mention being fed "owl ****" for their entire service life. And if they're "blue tops" you better get them checked because they'll be at least 7 or 8 years old. I've got the "black tops" from a 99 GSX, and they've been perfect.

IMO, the pump and the 450's will be fine for 8 psi. Assuming you're not boosting 8psi from a T61 or something. If you want, you can get an adjustable FPR at a fraction of the price of an FMU to make small adjustments to fuel trim.

Yah i dunno about DSM Injectors...I have RC 440's. Used injectors just dont sound good to me, they are the most important part of your fuel setup. If they fail your fucked.

heres what i think, ive been talking to alot of people on their setups and i come to realize i should just do whats worked in the past .

No need for new stuff like uberchip, or vafc hack, or hondata

i know a guy that is running 12 psi daily for the last 3 years on a 94 gsr
3mm headgasket
afc
440cc injectors
12:1 fmu
hks evcez
220lph fuel pump

Hes using the 12:1 fmu and the fact that hes been doing this for 3 years should say something. i just ordered a vafc and i think ill be using his setup
