I think the Jeff Evans tuned stock internal D making 375whp on 28psi proves your theory wrong.
Sleeving is generally a peace of mind thing. There isn't a set PSI or horsepower where you MUST have sleeves. Most people wouldn't make more than about 400whp on a D or 500whp on a B without using sleeves just to be safe. Personally i'm going to sleeve my GSR engine once i rebuild so that i have nothing to worry about....regardless of the power i plan to make.

exactly..
id be more concerned about how much power you want, and then determine what boost will get you there...
it DEPENDS ON THE TURBO..

i didnt pull them out of my ***, i was being sarcastic and partially honest at the same time.
if youre using a gt series turbo, anything above <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by zeimbo »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">8lbs</TD></TR></TABLE> is gonna yield over 400hp
and if youre using like a 60-1, anything above <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by zeimbo »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote"> 14lbs</TD></TR></TABLE> is gonna yield over 400hp.
yes, you can run a 14b turbo at 30lbs and it will last a month or so, or a td05 at 35lbs and it will last a week. i was trying to be general while not being too much of an *** since he didnt understand my first comment.
i was just trying be low because the d series and h series stock sleeves are sh1tty and have problems with boost imo.
