wrong title for your question but they come with 7 psi springs unless he changed it out. go to http://www.turbosmart.com.au and click on wastegates. it will tell you want springs it comes with and what color is what psi
White is 7psi
Blue is 10psi

to add to this. there is a "big" 7 psi spring that is purple. which is factoru installed. if you need a heavier spirng you must use the other colors, or a combination. check the site for the pdf file that expalins everything. http://www.turbosmart.com.au/index.php?id=53
also as a general rule of thumb. you shouldnt try to go more than double the spring presssure. ie the max psi you should run with the 10psi spring is 20psi.

Good add on man Now why do you say you shoulnt go over double the spring psi? Ive run 22 psi on my 7 psi spring with my turbosmart eboost all day and its fine

actually i should take that back. i think i was reading an article on the importbuilders website that was saying to use the lightest spring possible and use a boost controller to increase boost from there.
i do think he mentioned though that thee was a limit to how much boost you can run with a certain size spring. like a 5psi spring isnt gonna be ble to boost like 30psi. but i dunno it seems you have some real experience to contribute.
