does it have an internal wastegate? i think most T25's do. you cant go any lower than what the spring is set to on the wastegate. you can only go higher. why do you wanna go lower than 6lbs anyway?

i'm from Harrisburg. not too far from York. hit me up on a PM

Buy a new actuator with a softer spring pressure. I believe the T25's off of an Eclipse have around a 9-10psi actuator spring rate, so you can contact Turbonetics or Garrett and they should offer a softer spring or even a new actuator.

TEC in golden colorado has them. I got one for my t25 and its a 4 psi spring. I'm running 6 psi right now. 75 dollars shipped overnight. Very good customer service and great prices. It does require slight modifications. You have to reuse the flange and the arm from the old actuator. You have to cut the old canister off the flange, drill holes, bolt the new canister on and weld the actuator arm onto the short arm comming out of the canister. Very easy and very nice.
