Default How involved is a nitrous install?

How many hours did this take you guys to install??

Is it pretty much straight forward? running the lines, tapping a hole in my CAI about 6in away from the Throttle body?

and, does anyone have a pic of the TPS from a b16a2? im not sure where i am going to put the Black wire for the Nitrous switch (ZEX kit), it says it goes to the TPS, i am guessing the red/white wires goto the switch then?

any info is appreciated !

thanks,
mike

p.s. in case you didn't catch it, this will be the ZEX kit

BTW: How much WHP should i be putting down with a 75 shot?

thanks again!

3 hours here as well. Assembly of the solenoids took awhile. Also finding a way to run the line from the trunk to the front took some "creativity".

running the line is as easy as running 4 guage amp wire and running the wire took me all of about 10 min in my teg so i dont think the line should take much longer

If you are running the zex kit, you want to tap that hole for the nozzle as far away from the TB as possible. This provides a more uniform mixture, and aids in the cooling of the intake charge. If you put it too close to the TB, the nitrous gets forced to the back of the intake manifold, and is not distributed evenly to all cylinders.

ZEX wiring,
black = ground
red = power
white = TPS
tap into the middle wire on the TPS

nozzle needs to be 16-18" from thottle body.

Next step, 12's
