Exactly that's why I love Honda-Tech. lol.

It actually makes perfect sense right now.
I'm not even going to hesitate arguing with basic talk since the engineering part of it makes perfect sense,
especially with the help of that diagram.

 

I don't get it..the instructions show it hooked to intake



edit; BEFORE throttle plate ...that swell in the drawing looked like a plenum.

Gotta change mine now
