How to install blow off

Hey guys, im new here. I tried to look for it but i didnt find it. Could you please tell me how to install BOV? I mean how to set it up right?

1) Weld the flange onto a charge pipe between the turbo and throttle body.

2) Run the vacuum line directly to a post-throttle body vacuum source. DO NOT tee off some small line like the FPR.

3) Done
