Default greddy type s bov install

hi agains from germany..

how can i install the bov aright correct with two vaccum pipe..

ore is one pipe vaccum line enough..

please info...

just put the hose on the bigger one. don't worry about the smaller nipple.

Putting the small nipple on the charge piping (before the throttle body) will slightly increase response, but will decrease holding power. You may have to increase the spring to compensate. That would lead to less overall flow, as the valve would not open as far. So only connect it if your bov is opening slow.

BTW your diagram for the wastegate looks wrong. Assuming thats a common WG design like a TiAl, you should put it on the lower nipple. Putting it on the top nipple only will keep it sealed, leading to crazy overboost.

so wait... is this a blow off valve? or a waste gate? in either (WG or BOV) where do you connect that vacuum line too?
im trying to turbo my 03 em2, but i only see write ups on things i need, and not "how to" install my turbo.. can anyone lead me in the right direction?

But where does the other end of the vacuum line go? Lol sorry for the super noob question, like I said, I've been searching everywhere for a how to Turbo install write up but can't find one.
