how to hook up this boost controller solenoid?

how to hook up this boost controller solenoid?
i have a blitz ssbc boost controller.
this is what the solenoid looks like

how do you hook it up,like what lines go where? i have the bottom one (brass part) hooked to my wastegate top port. then i have the bottom plastic nipple hooked to my intake manifold,but everytime i connect it,the vaccum pulls the wastegate plunger up....whats going on?

no one has a electronic manual boost controller? all EBC bleed valves are set up like this.....

i guess im the ONLY turbo person on this site that is running an electronic manual boost controller....

called them and i did have 2 lines backward (according to blitz) he said the bottom nipple of the solenoid (one thats alone) goes somewhere between the turbo and throttle body,where it'll se bost.,and he said the first top one (theres 2 on top,one for a bleeder and the other) goes to the top of the wastegate. i switched them and its still pulling the plunger of the wastegate up due to vaccum.whats the deal?
I was thinking,on the phone he said the bottom nipple goes somewhere between the turbo and throttlebody,where it'll see boost,he didnt say a vac. source. and right now i have the bottom one "T"ed between the intake manifold and the fuel pressure reg. am i supposd to have this nipple connected somewhere where it wont see vacc.,only boost? how do you guys have it set up? could i just "T" between the line of the turbo and wastegate to get the boost source? make sence,if not ill explain more,or try to

I have this controller. JUST figured it out through trial and error.. lol
Bottom port (the single one with the metal bracket near it) is the "IN" side. This is on the nipple on the compressor housing for me.
Top two ports, the lower one I have to the "OUT" (to the wastegate) and the top one is capped off. Works fine... except I can't figure out how to get rid of the "wavy" boost pattern it makes sometimes. I have the gain lowered, maybe you can figure it out and help me out now
