Default How high do you rev?

Just wondering how high people are spinning their motors, and what setup they are running.

I am pondering on what to use in the head of my new motor, and wanted to see some other peoples stuff.

Thanks in advance

I've seen a couple threads like this before.
Anyway, stock GSR head, 85k miles, b16a, like 10k miles with p30 pistons
8500rpm rev limit butttt . . I beat it daily, but I only rev to about 7500-8000rpm's when I floor it. . .

10psi, stock b16 with ARP head studs, 8435rpm. I'll wind it out and boucne off the limiter like stupid when going fast.. but jsut for general quick wot blips to speed up as long as I hit VTEC, I'm already gonig fast enough.

yeah I have a b16 head with supertech valve train and GSR cams... I'm not sure what I should rev to while still playing it safe?

Probably about 6600. (considering my tach is off) I could take it up to 7200 but the thought of the engine going into redline never crossed my mind at the track

I rev as high as my powerband will allow before it starts falling off as long as its before the "safe" rev limit.. On the B16 that im building im going to put it on the dyno and do some boosted pulls to 9k and see if the power falls off before then, where the power falls off I shift..

BTW, Head is a stock B16 head with type-r valvetrain and portflow inner valve springs..
