Default How heavy should a dumptube BE? i got mines done at muffler shop too heavy??

so i got my revhard elbow wielded with some metal or something and made it a dumptube at a muffler shop. only cost me like 20 bucks.. but then my Deltawastegate one of the bolts came loose. wondering was it because my dumptube too heavy? was it made out of wrong material? or was it just my wastegate bolt was loose.. my dumptube is about 4-6 pounds (heavier then it looks)?? how heavy are ur dump tubes.. wndering if mine is too heavy and made of wrong material or something.. runnin on a revhard manifold..

That weld looks a little heavy. Go back and have them make it out of titanium.

Tighten it down again with some red threadlocker. I'm sure it won't happen again.

I guarantfuckingtee that is less than 2lbs

Theres no way that thing weighs 6lbs, thats a standard thickness flange with regular shitty pipe, thats what everyone has

Just bolt it back up with a lockwasher nice and tight and it should never go anywhere

Just bolt her up, if you dont plan on changing piping/setups for a while throw some loctite on there, guaranteed to never come undone, but when you want them to come undone...... hard as expletive

no, to hold your wee wee while you pee!

the 90 is probably the heaviest piece of metal in that dumptube. either go with the above and make a bracket, for it, or i say cut that 90 in half and get the bendable flex pipe from checker or wherever and just clamp that on there. Bend, be happy, and light, and FAH-GET'A 'BOUTiT!
