How hard with DSM 450's

Default How hard with DSM 450's

how hard is it to bore out the ring so the DSM 450's will fit? basically am i going to have to work my *** of with the dremil or will it bore it out real quik? any tips you have will help.

i am just worried that i will bore them out to big and i will end up with a vac leak.

take your time and start small then move up from there.....

I didn't even have to bore mine out. I just squeezed them in.

FYI IC piping for CRX. I was looking at the After Hourz site (they have a banner above). Looks like they have RevHard CRX intercooler piping Lemme know if you get it. I've been thinking about getting it for my EF sedan. It either that or custom from a local guy.

so your DSM injectors fit right in your b16 and you have had no probs with them? as for the piping i went to jcwhitney.com and found the pips that i will need and for all the pips is going to cost like $80. then all you have to do is cut them. also go to this site it will help alot http://www.cse.uconn.edu/~yele....html

My motor is a d16, but Honda injectors are all the same size. Before everybody got clever and started boring the seals out, I've always heard of people just muscleing them in. So I tried it, and it worked for me.

I tried to put the stock injectors back though. the seals leak on the stockies now. Since they are so streched out.
