SMC+ not working WTF!!!!!!!! HELP

OK short and to the point.. 1991 CRX Custom Turbo set up DSM Blue Top Injectors and a SMC +.. It runnign SUPER RICH I can dail any Fuel out.. I know its hooked up right.. So whats the deal I have been installing this turbo for 2 weeks now. HELP

we traced it to a faulty set of injectors. got ahold of another set, all smooth as butter...or beer

Thats what I'm thinking.. I hope not that would suck *** but I can get any fuel out. As soon as I start the car it just dumps it in there...
