well one of my friends has a b16b laying around and i was thinking of swapping that in my ek and boosting

my hp goal for this summer would be around 300 whp

how much boost can a b16b handle on stock internals

i tried searching but had no luck

Its not the amount of boost it can handle. its how much hp the motor can take. Each setup makes different power on different boost levels . all depends in what kind of turbo etc etc. you'll be able to achieve 300 hp fairly easily. max power i would go on pump would be right around 350.. race gas could do alot more.
