I changed my clutch for the piece of mind, and when I took the stock one out I found that the hub was tearing where the springs where. 110k all NA, 13 passes

Always get your flywheel resurfaced when you change the clutch whether it looks good or not.

i'd advise always resurfacing it when you install a clutch..

I've done a few installs without resurfacing it, cuz the surfaces look fine. And the clutch actually works great. But the problem is when its cold out and you first start up the car, the clutch "jumps" really badly when it trys to grab,
so getting going from a start is super jerky and annoying until the car warms up.

I thought before it was the release bearing or something else.. but i'm pretty sure it was because I didn't resurface my fw/p plate
