the bottom of the fmu-fuel return line (to tank) and the other one on the side goes to the outlet on the fuel pressure regulator and the top line is a vac signal.

So the top line is a vac signal, what does the top line hook into??
Actually isn't that the spot where you have those 3 T outles?
Please tell me what they go to!!!
