How do you stop Aem Cam gear slippage?
I have a chance to get some used aem cam gears. I was worrying about them slipping. What happens to the motor if they slip??? I asked the owner he said the magic number to torquing them is 15lbs ,but he still had a lil slippage with new bolts. How do you stop it cause I real want to buy them.

I have AEM gears with 12pt or 8pt I don't know, but they don't slip at all. I had them on for a while. I torqued them to 15lbs. AEM reccomends to put lock-tite on them.

It causes your valves and pistons to mate and make little baby peices of valves and pistons inside your motor....
