Default How do you set up Blitz BOV properly?

I just got my turbo installed and I did it my self. Just want to know the right way to set up my Blitz BOV. I now if you set it up to soft, it will let the boost I want out of the charge pipe. But if you set it up to tight, I wount blow off. Any ideas what I should do?

Set it until it is the softest setting that doesn't leak boost when not sensing vacuum.
